Loose window cable ? Diagram ?

How does one fix a loose window cable ?.I have a problem with my back window, when I took the back door pannel off, I notice the cable has slipped off the pully. the thin wire cable is now loose and dangles freely. I believe this is what helps move the window up and down. Is there a diagram to figure out how the cable would be re-threaded ?
