question about apex-i n1 dual

i bought my s14 with a apex-i n1 dual installed.. but i cannot tell if its a s13 or a s14 n1.. the only issue i have with my exhasut is that the pipe doesnt clear the differential.. its sits towards the driver side of the diff. cover.. is it suppose to be like this or is this b/c its a s13 exhasut? or does it make a difference.. i was lookin at pic online of s14 w/ dual n1 and i see that they dont clear the diff. ither..

the reason i wana know is b/c i wana put on my rear sway bar.. but i was test fitting it and the bend on the sway bar wanst fitting where the exhaust was.. was it because the my alinment was off?

any help is appreicated..
thanks
