Hey. I try and do stuff that isn't played out, so I painted over my red valve cover. Opinions?

Yeah, it's really easy. I painted my SOHC valve cover when I had my EK-y7 hatchback. All you gotta do is score and degrease the surface, then paint primer, then the finish coat. Use krylon primer and rustoleum finish. never flakes, and very heat-resistant.

LOL. I might paint the sohc y8....yea I got vtec and what? lol lol.....I might paint my valve cover just for fun....lol....probably just gray. hey Si200Vtec do you have any closeup shots?

I just got the digicam today, I'm gonna go on a picture-taking spree tomorrow. I'm sure you'll all see the aftermath... including my new toy [vafc].

that looks really good. It goes very well with the rest of the motor.

I have been thinking about painting mine too, but I can't decide on a color.
