Captain's Seat

Could someone advise where I could get an arm-rest (grey leather) for a second row captain's seat?

Not the most vital part of equipment I'll agree, but need one to finish off the interior (and to put a stop to passenger moans!)

I picked up two at the salvage yard for 10 bucks and had them recovered to match our interior.
