95 sputtering,

Just bought a 95 es300 that had been sitting for a year without starting, It has a sputtering problem with lack of power. I can't even drive it on the roads the way it is.
It starts great and idles fine. 125k miles. It has an leak in the exhaust pipe. Could the cc be pluged? any ideas?

I would start checking for vacuum leaks & checking timing & spark.

CC is probably not working 50% at 125,000m, but it shouldn't be plugged.
