Injector circuit open

Hi guys, I have a silverado 01 2500 with the vortec 8100. In the past days I have a little problem with my truck, I hope you can help me.
The truck was running good but one day she doesn't start up. The first impression was a fuel pump malfunctioin because if I shot a little amount of starting fluid the truck start up, then I checked the fuel pressure and was fine at 52psi. The next day I cranked the engine and start up normally about 15 minutes then she died again. So I checked the current at the injectors, with the key open the connector have current but when I cranked the engine the computer don't make the ground so the injectors doesn't work. I've check the sensor at the timing cover and it's fine, then I cranked the engine again and the engine ran another 15 minutes and died again. This time the code P0200 appeared, "injector circuit open". I don't know how to check this, is a computer failure? the circuit? I'll appreciate any help.
