Throttle Sticking Still

My throttle has started sticking on my 97 GMC K1500 w/ 72,000 miles on her. I have cleaned the throttle body out pretty darn good with carb cleaner and a toothbrush and it is still doing it. Where do I go next?

Hello
Take off your throttle cable from the carb and actuate the linkage on carb. Is it still sticking? If not , your cable is pinched somewhere or sticking inside it's sheath. Take it out and lubricate or replace it. If your carb linkage is sticking, I would guess a worn shaft , so you need a rebuilt or replacement carbeurator. Good luck.
