03 Neon starting mods

I recently (...Ok, so it was 3 days ago...)bought an '03 Neon SXT, and I want to spiff it up a bit. I've only really paid attention to Toyota trucks before this, so I don't know who the reputiable parts manufacturers for Neons are. The parts I'm most interested in are: Euro-style tail lights, a new front bumper/fascia, intake and other simple engine mods, and a new hood.
I'm actually very interested in putting a rally style lightbar on the front of the car, and was also wondering if anybody's tried this before or knows someone who has.
Thanks.

Modern Performance is who I deal with almost exclusively for my neons extras. Great guys to work with and friendly. They have just about everything you could want for your neon.
