What would be close to Nissans Daytona Blue
Im gonna be build a Z soon and want the color to be as close to Daytona Blue as close as possible. i have acess to tamiya, testors, boyd, modelmaster and dupli color rattle cans. which do u think would be the best company and color choice?

i haven't looked at my F-150 a lot, but the color i got out of it looks kinda close to that, just a little lighter. the color is Duplicolor Anodized Blue, but it is an extremely hard paint to use, so if there is another one then i would go with that one.

i know that you did not list it as one of your options, but Cobra Colors has this color. Have you checked their site?
Examples: ![]() ![]() (mine hasn't been polished yet )I can think of a few duplicolor cans I have bought in the past that are close to this color, but not a perfect match. They are all either too dark or too light. I would suggest asking someone at an auto parts store if they could order specific colors in duplicolor/plasticote spray cans. I have never seen this color at any of my local autopart stores or wally world. |
