ughhh retard in action {timing issue help)
Ok guys whats up im at a loss and my chilton manual is retarded
so this supposed to be day project has turned into a utter mess and im at a complete loss now. Ok so Im doing the timing belt. I got to everything with out a problem origionaly This was to get to the water pump to change that but see as how much of a pain in the ass this area is too accsess i said might as well do the timing belt. so first mistake I made was I did not line everything up to the arrows when i took of the cam gear second second i did not make marks on anything... third i moved the cam in my atempts to get the cam gear bolt out so i did the water pump no problem put the cam gear back on and the inner plastic shroud and then went to as of starting off from scratch I lined up the cam gear tdc mark to the mark on the shroud and....... here is where my dilema is...... in the manual it says line up the arrow on the pump to the arrow on the crank then back it off three notches ![]() Bth I pwn you all in paint

i have ur answer
so u set the arrows faceing eachother then move it 3 to the left( now heres the part u missed) move it back to the right until it is a half notch to the left of the ur mark..........so the arrow on the block is pointin to the dip just before the gears arrow
