stall out at 85 mph on 350

Hello i am a newbie. I have a 350 chevy truck . I put a set of Lt 1 202 heads,xtrme ennergy comp cam 287dur. 490 lift, Kb hyper .250 dome pistons .60 over. The problems is when I shift it manually on a turbo 350 trans. When i start from first, second, and then to drive it wants to stall out at 3000 RPM. i replace the rotor, coil, wires, with accel and have AC delco platium plugs. Also using a edlebrock1405 carb. So does anyone have a clue why it is stalling?

have ya checked the fuel filter? and may want to check the air fuel mixture screws on the front of the carb. (i run mine in all the way then back them out 2 full turns)
