where are these relay switches?

So heres my problem the damn thing doesnt start its a 94 s10 blazer 4.3L vortec V6 tbi
I have had the starter and alternator tested at autozone and also have a brand new battery. When I try to start it nothing happens the lights, and radio works I did notice that the wire to the alternator started smoking so I cut it and replaced the area that looked bad and still nothing. I have also checked my fuse box specifically the ECM fuse and that one is good. So my conclusion is the starter relay and or some ignition switch where would these two things be located?

today I just replaced the bolt for my negative battery terminal still nothing so tomorrow. Im going to do the old screwdriver trick but instead of using a screwdriver I'm going to attach two wires one from the positive and one to the negative and add a toggle switch. Any thoughts on the gauge wire I should use or if its even a good idea. This is just to see if it is my ignition system.

A door bell botton is better than a toggle switch
Or just buy the proper tool.
I would use 10 gauge wire (the thicker the better)

It's probably the ignition switch, which is located right behind the ignition key.
The only relay that I'm aware of is located on the starter and it's the solonoid. So it's tested already.
You have to remove the steering wheel, and if I remember right it's a pretty obious job after that.
Only 1 or 2 screws to remove and it'll pop out.

Its fixed I found a momentary button switch at sears hardware and used 10 gauge wire. I also found out my problem when I went to put my starter back it after I had it tested from autozone the wire got crimped someplace so I fixed that again and vvvvroomm Now I just have replace the front brakes
