New Engine
Okay guys I want to get a new engine for my base. I just want a new engine or a rebuilt engine nothin special, somethin I know that won't break down on me. Clean as heck. Do you guys know any websites, company #'s, anything that could help get me an engine thats perfect. I'm planning to spend around 3-5 grand. My car is just not reliable no more because 3 different people drive it everyday. So I'm taking the money I plan on buying my new car with and fixing up my GT.
Any help would be appreciate. Thanks

If you do a search this has been answered a billion times. Dynamic racing sells shortblocks, a guy on 3si was offering to rebuild engines for pretty cheap, and even upgrade the pistons for a bit extra, and there are also a few websites that do. Just do some searching and you'll find the links.

I got my an engine and tranny from www.jdmenginescorp.com. I paid $1349 for a DOHC with a tranny mounted to it already. You can get just the engine from them too though. The customer service was great and they delivered fast. The engine was very clean when I got it and it runs great. You should check them out.
