Help steering arm

cant get the fucker off tried for 8 hours no luck need help tips.
79 chevy k-10 arm is stock im putting a raised on on it but i cant seem to get the cone washers out help please.

penetrating oil. spray it on every so often and do this for about 3 days, then that mother trucker should come outta there lol

Sorry but the description leaves somthing to be desired. Is it the steering box? or the Idler arm? or is it the pitman arm you are trying to remove or some other component? tie rod end ,drag link ,center link or control arm? most are removable with some well placed strikes of ma heavy hammer.
