95 Grand Prix Stolen and Wrecked. Need advice

I have a 1995 grand prix se 2 door 3.1 L V6

This car has 85,000 miles, and was in mint condition. It was stolen and wrecked.I have the car back in my possession, but it has front end damage. It looks like someone hit a Pole on the right front side of the car.The Front bumper was cracked, and the foam insert is split in half. The front light Assembly bar,and (R) fender is bent, along with a very small portion of the hood.As far as I can tell the frame is not bent.It looks like all the damage was to the parts listed above.I really love this car,and it makes me sick to see it in this condition. With all this damage you would think the car looks really bad,but it it doesn't look that extensive. On a side note, the hood closes normally, but the hood is bent on the corner.I am not a mechanic, but I am determined to fix this car.It has been a very dependable car. Here is my problem.I only had liability on the car,so I'm stuck with all the repair costs.

Problems:

All lights were working before the accident.

Inspite of the damage the 4 front headlights are working, but the fog lamp was smashed on (r) side, and back taillights only work when the brake is pressed, otherwise they do not work. The inside lights work, but all of my dash panel lights do not. This sucks because I cant see the speedometer at night. It has also affected the digital readout for the speedometer.I found I wire hanging that was stripped. It was definitley connectedto the fog lamp in the front.I am not driving the car now,but plan on driving it before winter.I did not start this car for 1 month after getting it back, and when I did,it kicked over on the first try.

I started to take off the front bumper. It was not to hard so far because it is connected to the front headlight assembley bar.I have not taken off either side where the bumber wraps around the wheel.

1.Do I need to take off the hood to replace the fender?

2.I cant find a front bumper for nothing.I looked online for a long time.I found one place that said they could locate, and ship for 500 dollars. That's crazy!!I saw a Grand Prix (97-01) se front bumpers for 150 dollars primed. If I can replace the light assembly bar,and front fender, that will be a good start.I'm not even going to bother with the hood.I can live with it.

I used clear tape to mold the front (r) bumper, but I dont feel that that will be good enough.I need to take off all the parts to see the extent of everything.I was thinking of having a estimate done, just to get a specified part list.

I called on some parts

Front fender= 100.00
Light assembley Bar=150.00,but that includes lights
front bumber cover?
foam insert=50-60 dollars.

Can a novice do these repairs?

Any suggestions or ideas.I also need struts, but that is from normal wear and tear.Is that alot of money?I am thinking about 115.00 a tire(ouch)It is due for a transmission oil and filter change,anti-freeze change, and fuel injection cleaning.I dont want to get a flush and fill.I have heard some horror stories.I know thats going to cost, but better than car payments I don't want right now.I just put brand new tires all they way around before the car was stolen,so that one less future expense.

I want this car to last me at least another 1 1/2 years before I find something else.
