chev astro 1999 alternator replacement

i bought a rebuilt alternator for the astro and after looking where it is located, i was wondering if anyone has the instructions on replacing it. it looks quite hard to reach but would like to do the job myself. any advice or input from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

It just looks hard. The key is creating space. If you can see how to take off the covering over the fan that would be a start. Then take off the serpentine belt, and you are off to making the shops that want to charge $400.-$500. mad at you. If you get that far you will be able to see the rest of your way.
