Hoods and Scoops

I am looking at getting a 98 mustang convertible. I would like a 99 b/c of the hood and side looks, but cannot afford it.

I have looked around online, and I cannot find if you can get a hood for a 98 that has the downward scoop that the 99 base has.

Anyone know of a site with some hoods like this/alittle different?

Also, is there a site that has some side scoops to add alittle exotic look?

EDIT: Also, is there anyway to adjust the driver's seat up (make it higher)?

THANKS

Thanks

Re: Hoods and Scoops

If the cobra hood you are talking about is this one:

http://www.classicdesignconcepts.com...splay/496.html

then thats not what I am looking for.

I am talking about the "flat hood" and the "raised scoop" found here:

http://www.graphic-express.com/ford_...os_mustang.htm

Is there anyway to get on for a 98?

THANKS

Re: Hoods and Scoops

One more thing I am wondering about is if you can put the 96 and up to 98 verticle tail lights on 94 and 95 cars with the horizontal ones. Thanks!

you can put the vertical tail lights in a 94-95, to do so you need an conversion so the lights will plug in to the factory harness and wiring, you can either buy one or put one together yourself. It isnt very hard to do thought...

Re: Hoods and Scoops

If you are not in a hurry, go to www.mrbodykit.com they have lots of mustang stuff, but they will take a longggg asssss time to deliver. so dont even pay attention to their time frames for delivery. expect to wait like a month for anything u want. i would know, ive dealt with them twice. actually only once, the second time they tried to pull the same shit on me i just cancelled everything.

Re: Hoods and Scoops

Unfortunately, there are NO hoods that have the 99-04 hood scoop for our cars. You can, correct me if i'm wrong, get a shaker hoodscoop for a 94-98 through Classic Design Concepts...

They seem a little pricey also.
