Alarm problems

Hi,
Had my 156 for 3 days and the alarm wont deactivate. At first if i started the car the alarm would go off, after changing the fob key battery, the engine will start without the siren but the hazards. Now the hazards dont go off but the central locking has stopped working. Had to lock it manually. if i open any door other than the drivers door, alarm will go off. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Sean
