Will a AXOD work in a AX4N?

AX4N Transmission is bad in the 99 sable i have right now. I have a good working AXOD will it work or is there anyway to convert it to work? Thanks - JT

no, the OBD2 computer doesn't know what to do with an AXOD, also, the duratec engine would destroy an AXOD in a few hundred miles.
