'97 Concorde Air Bag dash cover

I know that the 93-97 passenger air bag dash covers are prone to warp. Does anyone know a good fix. My dealer tells me that the cover is not available as a separate item, but is inclusive with the air bag unit and costs $1,600!!!!

try buying one from the wreckers or put mink oil on it
