need help finding part name/number

The 3 rubber washers that hold plastic fan case housing (I think that is what its called) have rotted. Only one is holding the big black cover in place.

Does anyone know what these washers are called? And where I can get them?

Radiator Fan shroud bushings? Should be readily availabe at one of your finer auto parts stores or the junk yard.

Awesome. I have looked online and cant find any. Does anyone know where I can get them from? With a link etc?
