My Horn is Quacking

All I am new to this group and appreciate any feedback you have regarding my interesting problem. For some reason or another my horn is making a quacking sound. One mechanic said it sounds like I have water trapped inside but I have not been to a car wash in months & it was working perfectly fine afterwards. If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if you have a recommendation for a thorough repair manual, please let me know. If I can, I will fix it myself. Thanks!

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately it only provides the preface and the remaining information does not seem to be available. I don't suppose you have this saved anywhere? Thanks, Christine

I was just looking at the manual and it works. You need to click the page numbers and it'll link you to another PDF file. I see no other reason for them doing that besides making it a hassle to grab it off the net.

You can also download all of the page numbers and splice them into one big PDF if you have Adobe Acrobat
