Dashboard Gauges work intermittenly

I have a 1991 Cherokee Laredo. Some of the gauges in the dashboard work intermittenly. Most of the time they don't work at all. They are the Speedometer, Odometer, Tachometer, and Gas Gauge. Any ideas?
