attaching a lip better
Is there a rivit that can be used to attach lips to the bumper or any thing that will hold it better than tape and two bolts this is for abs of polyurathane lips

Tape? Don't use tape!! I attached my urethane lip (see sig) using about 11 screw style bolts. Its all upto you. Fit the lip to the height you want, then just drill in each place where you think the lip might come off, but do keep in mind that you must allow some flex, otherwise the screws will shredd the urethane and sometimes, the bumper.
