My input shaft is busted. Mike (guy doing my car) says he's never seen an input shaft broken before. He is going to take pictures and write up all the damage to the vehicle, which proves how bad the shop screwed up my car, and how I'm out $1500 in parts/labor from this shop, and hopefully I can get a lawyer and get it back.

well, some good news! found an input shaft for $135. Yay! Looks like my car actually will get done before the end of the century, and by the time I get it back, it willd efinitely be running strong. All new tranny seals, new clutch, brand new solid motor mounts, and new input shaft. It's going to be awesome.

I've been in the same boat as you with all of the work on my car. Mine was down for 2 weeks while it should only have been maybe 1. The shop kept screwing it up. Things are fixed though now. I never realized how worn out my old engine and tranny were until I got the "new" ones put in. I hope you get it going soon man.

Gateway's problems go back ALOT further than 2 weeks. His car has had one major issue after another, and it has been down entirely TOO much this year. But it definantly sucks when your 3S is down, no matter how long.

Wow I couldn't imagine not having my car for more than 2 weeks! It was a killer when I couldn't drive it. I hope you get it going soon Gateway. By the way I just got my cat hollowed today and man can I tell the difference. I guess I expected more of a change in the exhaust tone though.
