......or a Nissan R32 GT-R, i believe they are around the $35 000 mark now here in aus.

But remember, one is an import(or 2 if your considering the GT-R as well) and one isn't. So when you want to get the car serviced, find parts for an import it takes longer and can add up. BUT! it's not as bad as it was a few years ago.

re

eventhought the supra is a nice/fast car, i would still go for the scooby.

newer, and awd, therfore you can have much more fun in all weather conditions. plus the scooby is very capable of going very fast.

in the end it's your choice.

A bit more info on what your going to do with the car would be nice . Eg, just a daily driver, or racing, modifications down the road etc.

NOS, in aus? wouldn't be advisable especially if your not going to do anything major to the car. Cops see it and your in trouble.

If that's what your going to do with the car, then the wrx will be fine. But doing anything major requires a bit, eg: gearbox will have to be changed, etc. The wrx is more user friendly on our roads. AWD is a big +

I'd recommend reconsidering with an R32 GTR in the equation. Yes they are older, but very reliable. I know several people with R32s (GTRs and GTSs and they have never complained about any age related problems) Plusses of the GTR over the Supra and WRX are numerous, IMHO . The GTR has ATTESSA AWD, a very very good AWD system. HICAS four wheel steering, RB26DETT one of the most respected engines of japan. Lets see what else, .9gs on the skidpad, wonderful responce to mods... You get the picture

Between the WRX and the Supra, personaly I'd take the Supra. But if boils down to what you want out of the car.

From what you said you're planning to do with your chioce, I'd go the Supra.

I'd assume every man and his dog owns a WRX in Sydney - plus Supra's look fatter in mildly externally modded form.

Supra, Supra
