It's in the fuse box under the hood. The black box. It says cooling fan relay right on the box. Open the box and pull it out. Replace. Close hood. Good luck.

FYI the engineers strike again!
on the 1992 thru 1995 the relay and fuse are in the blak fuse box near the battery , however it was moved on the 96, someone says its under the dash behind the glove box ????? if I find it I'll let you know.
