can anyone answer a few questions about these wheels?

-are they for 1/24th?

-are they male or female?

-where do I get tires for them that will fit?

Look like prodrives, look like female. The package says 1/24. Prolly aoshima, tamiya, or fujimi tires would fit.

They are meant as a direct replacement for the rims in the Tamiya JGTC NSX kits, save the fact that they are female instead of male (I beleive). Those rims and the locking nuts together with the Tamiya tires make for pretty nice rolling stock when painted and all put together.

I hate doing sex changes on my wheels. Those are pretty nice though.
