Need help finding tires for wheels

Okay, first, I am looking to get some wheels for my car. I found some that I really like but I don't know what make/type they are, so I'm going to post a pic of them and if anyone can tell me what make/type they are, that'd be GREAT. Here's the pic:



K, now, what I'm looking to do is get these wheels in probably the 17" (I currently have the factory 14" with a set of GoodYear Regatta 2 tires which are awesome). The thing is is since I want larger wheels, I need to get some low-pros. Now, I don't want them very small at all; I'm not a big fan of low-pros because they don't last as long and they're easier to damage. However, I want to enhance the look of my car without having to spend an arm and a leg. I would like the biggest low-pros I could get for 17" wheels to fit my car, and furthermore, I don't need anything high-end, i.e. street-racing quality; I just want good enough tires that have good wet/dry traction in preferably a well-known brand such as Falken, Toyo, or Yokohama that will last as long as possible. For example, my Regatta 2's are rated to last 55,000 miles, so as close as I can get to that would be great. I did a little research to try to find what I'm looking for, but there's just too many options to know what exactly I need.

So, if any of you have any recommendations, they would be greatly appreciated. And if this is too vague, feel free to PM me or post in here for more info; I realize it might still be a little vague. Thanx in advance!

P.S. Since I'm trying to learn more about tires, I desire a little clarification. My current tires are P195's. Does 195 represent the width of the tire (how much tread touches the road surface) or the height from the rim to the tread of the tire? Because if it represents the latter, then I could be more specific in saying that I am looking for tires smaller than 195 but as large as they can be without being regular tires. Does that make sense?

there are only a few sizes you can put on your rims without throwing off your speedometer. The best size for you to run would be 205/45/17's. In that size for what you want, I recommend the Yokohama ES100.
