Help!! Lost almost all electical functions on My drive home!

I was driving home this evening from a meeting after putting $45 worth of gas in the car. I noticed my ABS light coming on, then my low fuel light then the A/C went out, the radio would not turn on, my headlights dimmed and my power steering got sluggish. What is happening? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Alternator belt?

As stated before, alternator belt, and I will add alternator or battery.
