Red face Going Dead again

Ok folks, it happened again.

I was driving home from work on I-81 at about 65 - 75
when I hear a noise like a belt break, and the car when
dead, I pull to the side, I turn off, then on again the
inition, and there, the car is back working line nothing
happened !

Go a search for another message I got similar to this
one, I posted last month or so,

Again, when I turn on the car, that tacho when up to 3
to come down slowly to 1 1/2.

Right now working as always, no idea what is doing this.

Thanks
