98 caravan headlights don't work

My 98 Caravan's battery went dead and I had to reset the computer for the environmental control. Now everything seem to work except the headlights, instrument panel lights and dome lights. Map lights work and high-beam lights work when the stick is kept pulled. All fuses look ok. Any suggestiongs?

Go under the hood in the power dist center just above the battery and locate the IOD fuse and pull it for 20 seconds then reseat it and see if that helps.
