problems when it rains

whenever i drive in the rain, my car starts to rock back and forth, kinda like when you are learning how to drive stick for the first time. somethings gettin wet, i already replaced the distributor cap, spark wires and plugs, could it be that the coil has a crack in it and its gettin wet. also if i come to stop, my car will stall unless i keep my foot on the gas holding the rpms high enough. its a 92 prelude sohc manual
