Tiburon Blitz 508 hp

Below is the dyno of a 508hp tib moded with Blitz470.

Max HP : 508.1hp
Max Torque : 66.7Kg-m

For some people in this forum who don't know how to respect to other people's input:

Think some more before you start insulting others with an opinion. I only did so to those who think they are the only *expert* in this forum and know not to respect others.

Re: Tiburon Blitz 508 hp

damn, could the 2 engines the 4 and 6 meaning, even hold that much hp? or did hyundai open up their 8 cyl a bit early on us? prob not, but it prob is a 6 cyl, even though the 4 cyl has the better ability to hold more hp and tourque. well, have ta wait to see!

Re: Tiburon Blitz 508 hp

god damnit, top speed has jack shit, nothing, nada, zero, zilch, diddly crap to do with hp!!!

its all in the gearing. you can have a 900hp car that would top out at 80mph if you wanted.

yah, but would there be a point to that? its common logic, the higher the hp the faster u want or expect your car to go. right? unless the vheicle is geared for towing than the more tourque and hp u want. and i dont think they geared a tib for towing. at least i hope not. think about it this way, a truck can take a car off the line in a drag race right? that is bc of the tourque that is made for towing. but then when that tourque maxes out the car usualy passes the truck to take the win, right? that is bc a car is geared more for raw hp than for raw tourque. thus the cars hp rating takes over and pushes it to a higher spead than the truck bc the truck is for towing and that is about exeleration, while a car is geared for high speed, not exeleration.
