Front end problem,,please help

I have a 2000 yukon xl and when I turn the steering wheel all the was in either direction the tires start to squeal,,,does it every time I pull into a spot,,,also the front end feels loose, hit a bump and the front end shook bad almost crashed,,,,,,can anyone help

Check your shocks. Your shocks may be shot if you get too much bounce and are not stable when going over bumps.

Mine makes the same tire squealling noise also. I have also noticed that my steering is beginning to feel loose and notice a bouncy feeling over the bumps. It has begun pulling to the right so I am taking it in for a front end alignment. Hopefully this will correct some of this.
The tire squealling has always been there. Probably normal.
