Air Idle Control Valve problem??

Hey guys i gotta 95 integra gsr and its been acting up lately. When i first start up my car, my idle is okay at 1000 rpm. Then after it warms up enough(5min), it lowers to literally 500 rpm, and it starts to sound as if it were dieing. when i put my a/c on, it lowers to 300. what do you think is causing this problem?? I was thinking on cleaning my throttle body and checking my AIC valve. Anyone with past experiences or thoughts please share.
