drum to disc brake conversion for 66 impala

I would like to know if any later model chevy disc brake set up is compatible for my 66 impala ?

I did my '65 Belair years back using parts from a 1970 Impala disc brake car. I don't recall if I had to change the ball joints are not, but it pretty much bolted in. I believe that the '70 a-arms might bolt in as well. The later year ones may not work as the control arms were very different.
