Jeep Radio
Hello
I was having some probilms with the factory radio in my 93' jeep like lots of static on every station but one which sounds perfect this didn't happen till about 2 weeks ago i got home late radio sounded fine didn't drive for 3 days and when i got in the radio was nothing but static. So i thought seens it came with no warning maybe it will go just the same way it came. But it didn't go away so i went out and bought a new Cd player and know i need something that says which wires go where and how to guad. thank you |

Re: Jeep Radio
I'm not sure what you're saying. Could you try that again?
Have you always had the static or did it just start 2 weeks ago (except for 1 station)? Does the static change pitch with engine speed? What's "guad"? |

Re: Jeep Radio
Just put a cd player in my 92, you can get a wiring harness for it at autozone, or best buy. The 92 I bought had a different harness than the one they had at autozone so I had to go to best buy. just connect the wires from the cd player to the new harness then clip the two harnesses together. good luck

Re: Jeep Radio
What brand is your CD player?
A harness like derhells describes is here: http://www.installer-data.com/item/d...php?it=70-1002 A link to the manual with wiring diagrams is here: http://www.lunghd.com/Downloads_and_Links/Downloads.htm (Look for '93 FSM). |
