Need HELP Again. The Outside Turn signal is on in the Mirror w/lights on

When I turn my headlights to on, sometimes but not always the turn signal LEDs in the outside door mirrors are on sometimes either dim or biright but on solid and sometimes its either the drivers side or passanger side, but never both mirrors at the same time.

Would anyone have an idea what could cause this to happen?

This 01 Windstar is full of surprises!

Check your ground screws located behind the kick panels(below the dash) Check both driver and passenger sides.

Need HELP again

When I look behind the kick panels, where would the ground wire run to?
Are those hard to get behind of or remove?

If you remove the panel they will be in plain sight- 8 mil bolt holds them down.
