4 Wheel drive shifter knob/handle replacement
I have a 4 wheel drive manual transmission.
I accidentally pulled the 4 wheel drive shifter knob/handle off that is next to the regular stick shift. (This is the shifter that puts the transmission into 4 wheel drive). Attached to the the knob handle is a plastic piece that spins and looks like a bunch of balls attached to each other with a plastic rectangle on the end. When I try to push it back in place it does not lock in or seat on the stick shift. How do I get that knob back on? Will this have an affect on getting the truck into 4 wheel drive, should I even be concerned about it? Thanks, Roy |

Re: 4 Wheel drive shifter knob/handle replacement
Look into Hurst shifters and see what they have.
It's not that hard of a job to replace the shifter and they are probably cheap at the wrecker |
