1987 Olds 98 Regency

Hi, I have a 87 olds 98 regency with a 3.8 engine. The engine has approx. 35k miles on a rebuild. I will try and describe my problem with the car, and hopefully someone may be able to give a solution.

A few weeks ago I was driving the car home doing approx. 50 mph when the engine kicked hard and stalled. I pulled over and put it in park, turned the key and it started right up without a problem. It was fine until 3 days later, then it did it again. (both times the road was flat and the car was runnung fine before it happened) Anyways, this time I shifted in to N as the car was still moving at 50 mph and it started up and rode home without any issues. --The next day I went to start the car and all it did was crank but not start.
I have changed the crank sensor, the coil pack, the plug wires (noticed them arcing) and checked fuses, I also checked too hear if the fuel pump working( it was) I cannot figure what else it would be. Is there anyone that could help? Thanks, Dave Shipos-----607-589-6878

Ignition Control Module. It is under the coil packs, remove and take to autozone or oreiely and have them test it. If it is bad, buy NEW (not junkyard) for around $100.
