90' 2.0 XLi: Problem with replacing exhaust front pipe.

Hi.

I'm trying to replace my exhaust front pipe on my car, but have huge problems getting the new exhaust pipe installed. Had to cut the old one in two pieces to get it out, but I thougth that was due to the O2 sensor.

Any help on how to fit in the new exhaust pipe will be greatly appreciated.
