air filters

can anyone tell me how much of a difference (horsepower wise) the k and n filter will make opposed to a regular fram air filter?

Minimal. There have been independant tests done and even though there are "high performance" filters (K&N, Green, Amsoil, etc.), they don't flow much better than stock. They even let more crap through. OEM and Baldwin filters tested the best for overall flow and filtration.
