95 Cavalier Bad ECM???

About 8 months ago I changed the head gasket on my 95 Cav. (2.2) During assembly I pinched a wire under the injector hold down. The wire was the one of the 2 that goes to the egr vacuum port switch. Now its storing a 27,28 and a 32 code. 27 and 28 are the quad modules and 32 is the egr. Does the ecm have any kind of potection from wires touching ground or is the ecm no good now? Everthing the quad modules control wont function anymore.

I believe the 'quad drivers' are an integrated circuit with four output drivers in one package, hence the name. I don't believe there is any protection as in a fuse, current limiter or otherwise to protect the output of the driver circuits. Sometimes we learn expensive lessons. Best wishes.
