Instrument panel and all dash lights going out

Alright, my car just started doing this shyt! When I start the car first off, I have to give it gas to get the rpms up to 2k, otherwise it won't stay running on its own. But all my dash lights will work, until I put the car into reverse(manual tranny) the fuse for METER(10A) on the driver side kick panel blows. When this fuse does blow, my blinkers don't work, no gas or temp, my windows won't roll down and sunroof won't open, the check engine light isn't even lit up. But when I replace the fuse, everythings all good, other than runnin like shyt, but then if i try to reverse, everything goes out again. Has anyone come across this problem, or even ever heard of it????

I don't know if this is the reason or not, but when my dash lights go out, and I replace the fuse without turnin off the car, everything lights back up, and the only difference is the oil light flashing. But the oil light stops blinking if I turn the car off.
Would this have any affect on the car starting, because if the car is warmed up to even 1 bar on the dash the car starts right up, but if the engines cold, I have to hold the key turned for seriously 6-10 seconds sometimes just to get it to fire. Can anyone help me come up with an answer to this BS thats going on? PLEASE

I had a similar problem. What i did was take out my cd player and checked the wires, and a couple wires were open and the dimmer/lighting wire I think was touching the metal frame bejind the cd player
