new ingnition switch, still ignition prob. I did a search

I have replaced the switch and the ingnition lock circut is still a major ele. draw. is there a seperate solonoid that controls the solenoid?? help please !!!!!

sorry

97 blazer floor shift. key wont turn off. and trans fuse blows when replaced , replaced switch and still same prob. removed lock solenoid and no draw to fuse in the dash. I jump the wires at lock conection and big draw. sorry i posted most of this in 97 ingnition lock.
