non-HICAS to HICAS

Is it possible to convert non-HICAS, to HICAS? It prolly is possible, but is it drop in? And what parts do you need to do the conversion?
I am asking because I rode (passenger) in HICAS 300zx TT and loved the controll, and if it is so nice on such a big car, it prolly is a nicer on a lighter 240sx. I know drifting will be hard/imposible, but I prefer grip anyways.

Re: non-HICAS to HICAS

Just get a HICAS car or if you can't, just get wide, grippy tires, and a good suspension setup.

Re: non-HICAS to HICAS

im stripping my hicas 240 too lol. I did like it though. It makes your stomach go crazy on a sharp ass turn at high speed. It feels like the rear end is just going to lose it, but nope all grip. You feel it kick in too, its somewhat a scare at first cuz you feel the rear move out a bit, but thats just from the steer angle obviously. Its cool though. I can definantly notice a difference from my hicas hatch to my standard ass coupe.

But yea i wouldnt waste time on a conversion. Better off buying an equipped 240 already.

And yes you can still get sideways in a parking lot like sr20 said. At low speeds the hicas doesnt kick in. So good ol first gear drifts and figure 8's and what not are still do-able.
