1995 Rodeo 3.2L knock
Hi folks,
I've researched the archives and, thank you to all with more knowledge than I, have learned of the timing belt + many miles = knock syndrome. Tomorrow, I learn if this is indeed my problem. Question: When replacing the tension assembly, does one replace both the 'Pusher' and the 'Belt Tensioner' or just the 'Pusher'? Thanks for all of your help. Joe O |

The failure of the hydraulic pusher is what causes the knock. You can replace both if you want to be safe just because you're in there already.
