Yes it is possible to get an SRT-4 engine into a first gen neon. You will need the entire engine, wiring harness, and ECU from the SRT-4, both FSM's, and alot of reading will be required. It is a difficult swap, but can be done. You can also swap in a 2.4 from a stratus on PT cruiser. This has been done more often and is a proven swap.
