I currently added the R33 Taillights on my 1993 Honda Prelude and am currently working on getting the R33 headlights put on... New to the forums let me know what you think I should try next on the Lude. I am also re-painting Bayside Blue - TV2 of the R34 Skyline.
Taillights:

How it is now:

What the front will look like with the conversion:

Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

Not bad, you can still kind of tell its a Prelude though if you know your cars good enough. Cant wait to see what it looks like when completed.

Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

With the money he's put into the Prelude/Skyline conversion, he could of probably bought a real Skyline R33.

Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

ludespeed, that comment was completely un needed. You and I both know that even if he could afford one he couldnt register it.

I think the lude would look great. And I ususally don't compliment show cars.

what are you talking about? registering it? You mean legal on US roads...

Not to spoil your fun but they are legal on US roads through proper procidures...

Its about 40k for an R33 maybe more depending on whole you know. There's R33 for sale legal in all 50 states for 48K white 97 R33 GTR right in the US section.

What the hell are you talking about, of course you can make Skylines street legal, and you can even buy them already legalized from California. I guess you never heard of MotoRex...

Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

MotoRex has been out of business for months. So as of now, theres no legal way to register a Skyline. You can only buy them.

Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

The R33 headlights look alright.. but that's about it. That show crap really isn't my bag, so i'm not going to judge. They all look like transformers to me..

Re: Re: Re: R33 Skyline Conversion

*Edit* Break post-

That skyline has been out for over a year and the look a like to that is the "Infinity GTR". The 08 skyline will look like a stretched out R34 with huge intakes... As well as an a V6 or V8 with around 450 bhp+ twin turbo layout.

Did you post this in the wrong section? Becuase I have no idea where that post came from.
